DONNA BRUNSDALE
President, Donna Brunsdale is an artist, filmmaker and teacher. She has exhibited her films and art in galleries and festivals across Canada and abroad. She has taught art and film at several post-secondary institutions and has worked on others' films in several capacities including acting. She lives in Calgary.
GARY BURNS
Gary Burns is an internationally recognized writer director of feature films based in Calgary. His film include Kitchen Party, waydowntown and most recently Radiant City.
DAVID CHRISTENSEN
David Christensen is a documentary and feature filmmaker from Calgary whose credits recently include Six Figures and War Hospital.
JIM ELLIS
Vice President, Jim Ellis runs the graduate program in English at the University of Calgary. He has written widely on queer, experimental and British cinema, and is the author of The Uses of the Past: Derek Jarman's Histories of Sexuality (Minnesota, 2008).
TRICIA LEADBEATER
Tricia Leadbeater is an Investment Advisor at J.F.Mackie and Company Ltd., joining the firm at its inception in 2000. Prior to a career in the investment industry, Tricia worked in research and teaching positions at the University of Calgary and Dalhousie University. Tricia is a CFA charterholder. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Philosophy from the University of Calgary and a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy from Dalhousie University.
TREVOR SMITH
Trevor Smith is a definitive cinephile. He is a prolific independent filmmaker, production designer, and owner of a boutique video store that specializes in (what else?) great, hard-to-find, and timeless films.
DALE TURRI
Treasurer, Dale Turri is a genuine arts freak with a long history of involvement with the Calgary arts scene. She is currently the Director of Development at Theatre Calgary and the Community Relations Coordinator for the Calgary Professional Arts Alliance.
